Calgary, Red Deer, Lethbridge, Grande Prairie, and Fort McMurray close with a local appraisal and a local lawyer. There is no second office.
A close outside Edmonton still registers title at a lawyer near the property. You send the listing, the tax bill, and income. Jason shops lenders from 170 Street. Possession is still at that local lawyer's office, not in west Edmonton.

Is Jason licensed outside Edmonton?
He is licensed for Alberta. The office is in Edmonton. There is no Calgary or Fort McMurray office.
Can you help if I am buying in Saskatchewan or BC?
Not as the originating broker. Lloydminster is the exception only when the title is on the Alberta side. See Lloydminster.
Do I have to visit the Edmonton office?
No. Call 780-721-4879, email, or apply online. Sit down on 170 Street when you want to.
